Procurement Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst II to support day-to-day procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and manage incoming procurement requests through a ticketing system
• Execute routine, low-dollar and low-risk contracts, including memberships and standard agreements
• Support procurement compliance and risk management efforts by following established policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of three years of relevant procurement or contracting experience
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Basic negotiation and contracting knowledge, with a willingness to learn
• Experience with procurement systems such as Workday and ticketing tools like ServiceNow is highly preferred
• Familiarity with MSP or external workforce programs is a plus
