Job Summary

Providing critical operational support to the Real Estate and Procurement team, the full-time Procurement and Facilities Coordinator will manage procurement processes, perform vendor performance analytics, and ensure the seamless operation of physical office facilities in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing centralized procurement policies and manage the procurement lifecycle, including RFP and RFQ processes
  • Coordinate day-to-day facility needs, oversee office infrastructure support, and manage preventative maintenance schedules
  • Administer lease management databases and generate reports on vendor performance metrics and operational data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, facilities management, operations, or office administration
  • Strong data management and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with Procurement/ERP systems such as Coupa, SAP, or Oracle is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail
