Job Summary
Supporting a national network of garage door service brands, the remote Procurement and Fleet Specialist will manage procurement operations, fleet administration, vendor management, and operational reporting while ensuring technicians have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supplier onboarding, vendor setup, and maintain procurement documentation
- Assist in the administration of a fleet exceeding 500 vehicles, including vehicle ordering and maintenance record keeping
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze procurement spend and fleet costs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, fleet management, or operations support
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and reporting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
