Procurement and Sourcing Leader

Job Summary

To establish and lead the sourcing function for the Project & Development Services team, the full-time remote Procurement and Sourcing Leader will manage 150-500 sourcing events annually, develop vendor management systems, and ensure compliance with procurement standards in commercial real estate construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive sourcing processes and workflows for competitive bidding across various trades
• Build and maintain a comprehensive vendor library and performance evaluation frameworks for construction vendors
• Serve as the primary liaison with client procurement teams, developing reporting tools and maintaining transparency in sourcing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
• 8-12 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in construction or corporate real estate
• Proven track record managing high-volume sourcing operations and vendor management systems
• Deep knowledge of construction trades, competitive bidding processes, and performance management
• Proficiency in procurement software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
