Procurement and Supply Chain Lead

Job Summary

Providing leadership in procurement and supply chain operations, the full-time Procurement and Supply Chain Lead will manage sourcing strategies, inventory management, and property accountability functions to support Antarctic operations remotely from the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement planning, sourcing strategies, and supply chain performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Coordinate with various teams to maintain compliance with contractual requirements and enhance operational readiness
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements to efficiency, cost reduction, and customer support

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted
• Typically 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or property management
• Demonstrated experience managing complex supply chain and procurement activities with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with inventory management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools
