Job Summary

Supporting procurement operations, the part-time Procurement Associate will manage stakeholder requests, resolve invoice exceptions, and coordinate with suppliers while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Support stakeholder requests related to procurement transactions, vendor onboarding, and purchasing processes
  • Investigate and resolve invoice, receiving, and purchase order exceptions in collaboration with Accounts Payable and business partners
  • Monitor open purchase orders and proactively resolve issues that may impact supply continuity
Required qualifications
  • Associates Degree with 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, customer service, or a related operational role
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, S4 Hana, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
