Procurement Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Procurement Associate Director - Manufacturing Site Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the manufacturing site procurement team to achieve business goals through effective supplier sourcing
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance manufacturing performance
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while monitoring procurement performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 3 years, Master's degree with 7 years, Bachelor's degree with 9 years, Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations in a regulated industry
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing people or leading teams and projects
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices across manufacturing and related fields
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO)
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance
