A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead vendor and procurement contracts from review to negotiation, ensuring a smooth experience for vendors
• Design and improve legal workflows and processes for vendor intake, review, and approval
• Serve as a pragmatic legal advisor, balancing risk and momentum while collaborating with various business teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial contracts, focusing on procurement or vendor agreements
• In-house experience at a SaaS or technology company
• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience creating or improving legal workflows and templates
• Strong business acumen with the ability to discuss trade-offs and operational realities
