Job Summary
Leading the design and deployment of AI and automation solutions, the full-time Procurement Automation Solutions Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI and automation for process improvement
- Design solution architectures for AI agents and workflow automations while developing automation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current processes and define future-state solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in identifying, designing, or implementing AI and automation initiatives
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and solution architecture principles
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and prompt engineering
- Experience with enterprise applications, automation platforms, and scripting languages is preferred
