Procurement Business Lead

Job Summary

Serving as a key change agent in the organization's S/4HANA Transformation Program, the full-time Procurement Business Lead will optimize procurement processes, drive automation, and ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA while collaborating with consulting partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement future-state procurement processes to maximize automation and minimize manual interventions
• Participate in master data design and data cleanup efforts to ensure data integrity and support migration governance
• Act as the primary change management catalyst, delivering training and leading business validation during testing cycles

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in SAP procurement configurations and SAP Ariba
• Proven track record of driving process improvements in procurement, particularly in automation and category management
• Strong willingness to adopt standard S/4HANA processes with minimal customization
• Ability to present financial arguments and articulate procurement metrics' impact on overall business performance
• Experience in mentoring and guiding teams through technology and cultural shifts
