Procurement Buyer IV

Job Summary

Managing moderately complex purchase orders, the full-time Procurement Buyer IV will ensure order fulfillment, negotiate pricing with vendors, and maintain compliance with regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitates the fulfillment of purchase orders by reviewing requisitions and placing orders with vendors
• Negotiates pricing terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms
• Monitors vendor performance and compliance, fostering relationships to improve procurement outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or procurement
• One (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and negotiation strategies
