Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Category Manager 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and optimize suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, and availability
  • Approve purchases and purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services
  • Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance and identify necessary changes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement category management
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Experience managing sourcing and execution in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing and supply chain management
