Procurement Category Manager

Job Summary

Procurement Category Manager develops and implements enterprise-wide sourcing strategies in a full-time role, managing the strategic sourcing process for Kitting and Raw Materials, including supplier evaluation and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts market research and supports eSourcing initiatives
• Leads contract negotiations and manages supplier compliance
• Analyzes spending patterns and prepares financial models for sourcing teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• 7 or more years of experience in procurement and negotiation
• CPM, CPIM, and CPSM certifications preferred
• Solid knowledge of procurement and asset management
• Proficient with MS Office products, especially Excel
