Procurement Consultant

Job Summary

Managing all grant-funded procurements and contracts, the contract Procurement Consultant will serve as the procurement point of contact for the grant while working remotely from Phoenix, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, award, and manage new solicitations including RFPs, RFQs, and Task Orders
• Assist in aligning procurement activities with grant requirements and ensure audit readiness
• Coordinate with program leadership, finance teams, and the Chief Procurement Officer to support agency outcomes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience
• Preferred experience in state and government procurement
• Project management experience
• Experience in grants and grant contract management
