Job Summary

Driving adoption of innovative procurement AI solutions, the fully remote Procurement Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise procurement leaders, facilitating change management and ensuring customers realize the full value of Pactum's offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a customer advisor, understanding sourcing strategies and procurement operations to guide enterprise leaders
• Drive adoption of Pactum's AI agents within customer organizations, addressing barriers and influencing stakeholders
• Track metrics and translate usage into impactful business narratives for executives, ensuring customers achieve maximum value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience, including roles such as Buyer, Strategic Sourcing Manager, or in Procurement Leadership
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management
• Proven ability to influence change and drive adoption in large organizations
• Experience in conducting workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities
• Comfort with analyzing complex data to build data-driven recommendations
