Job Summary
To ensure seamless contract and purchase order management, the full-time Procurement Consultant will oversee the end-to-end administration, quality assurance, and lifecycle tracking of all documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality reviews of contract and PO documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and accuracy of cost coding
- Log and track all incoming contracts and PO requests, maintaining version control and conducting periodic audits for data integrity
- Liaise with internal legal teams to coordinate contract reviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely execution of approved documents
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered
- C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Ability to perform complex financial calculations, including percentages and fractions
