Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Content Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Govern and maintain procurement content assets, ensuring accuracy and user-friendliness
  • Develop and maintain process maps and documentation for Indirect Procurement processes
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate knowledge articles and learning content
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Information Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations, process documentation, or knowledge management
  • Background or certification in Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS), Lean Six Sigma, CIPS, or ISM is beneficial
  • Experience in supporting technology implementations or change management initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with Indirect Procurement processes is preferred
