Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Contract Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including creation, review, negotiation, execution, and ongoing administration
- Collaborate with Legal and Procurement teams to ensure compliance with contracting guidelines
- Engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address questions and facilitate contract execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in CLM tools, such as IntelAgree
- Project management experience in corporate and/or professional services environments preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
