Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Contract Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including creation, review, negotiation, execution, and ongoing administration
  • Collaborate with Legal and Procurement teams to ensure compliance with contracting guidelines
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address questions and facilitate contract execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in CLM tools, such as IntelAgree
  • Project management experience in corporate and/or professional services environments preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
