Procurement Contract Specialist III
Job Summary
To support the U.S. Department of Energy, the full-time remote Procurement Contract Specialist III will manage cradle-to-grave contract support, including planning, solicitation, proposal analysis, negotiation, and award of technical support services and supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert contracting consultation and program analytical activities
- Develop, prepare, and present terms and conditions in proposals related to contract awards
- Administer contracts, including preparing modifications, evaluating performance, and analyzing proposed prices or costs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of Federal contracting experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in various contract agreement types and contract administration
- Knowledge of FAR and federal research and development contracting
- Experience with specialized acquisition actions, including IT and international financial assistance
