Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Analyst - Procurement, Contracting & Payment Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform compliance reviews of invoices to ensure payment compliance with policies and procedures
  • Develop payment strategies and negotiate favorable payment terms with suppliers
  • Manage payment program initiatives, including policy development and implementation
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or relevant alternative
  • Minimum of one year of experience in accounts payment, finance, and/or business management
  • Ability to manage change throughout a large organization
  • Strong ability to apply accounting principles related to accounts payable
  • Understanding and application of federal and state/local regulations applicable to payment processing
