Job Summary
Leading procurement contracting activities, the full-time remote Procurement Contracts Manager will manage the full contract lifecycle, from vendor selection to execution and post-award transition, while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the drafting, negotiation, and administration of various contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and risk standards
- Manage end-to-end contracting activities for complex engagements, driving alignment on scope, pricing, and timelines
- Enhance contract management policies and support the development of contract metrics to improve efficiency and transparency
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in contract negotiation and administration required
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience in regulated industries or corporate contracting environments is a plus
- Relevant certifications in procurement or contract management are advantageous
