Job Summary

Leading procurement contracting activities, the full-time remote Procurement Contracts Manager will manage the full contract lifecycle, from vendor selection to execution and post-award transition, while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the drafting, negotiation, and administration of various contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and risk standards
  • Manage end-to-end contracting activities for complex engagements, driving alignment on scope, pricing, and timelines
  • Enhance contract management policies and support the development of contract metrics to improve efficiency and transparency
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in contract negotiation and administration required
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
  • Experience in regulated industries or corporate contracting environments is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in procurement or contract management are advantageous
