Job Summary
To support procurement operations, the full-time remote Procurement Coordinator will assist with purchase order and invoice processing, maintain procurement system data, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies while collaborating with Finance and Accounts Payable teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with invoice processing by reviewing purchase orders and identifying discrepancies
- Support Accounts Payable by reviewing invoice coding and ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Manage procurement system workflows and resolve vendor invoice issues
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or accounts payable preferred
- Experience with procurement software or ERP systems preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain processes is preferred
- Healthcare or multi-site operations experience preferred
