Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Coordinator - II.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate requisitions and manage purchase orders, including document management and approvals
- Interface with colleagues and vendors to ensure smooth procure-to-pay processes
- Monitor purchase order spend and report discrepancies to business owners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in procurement-related functions
- Experience with Ariba or similar procurement systems preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably in finance or procurement
