Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Coordinator - II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate requisitions and manage purchase orders, including document management and approvals
  • Interface with colleagues and vendors to ensure smooth procure-to-pay processes
  • Monitor purchase order spend and report discrepancies to business owners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement-related functions
  • Experience with Ariba or similar procurement systems preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably in finance or procurement
