Job Summary

Managing administrative and clerical tasks, the full-time Procurement Coordinator will process purchase orders, verify order accuracy, and communicate with internal stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders and online orders for internal stakeholders
  • Communicate order status and delivery dates to internal stakeholders
  • Resolve shipping errors and reconcile invoices with finance
