Job Summary
Managing administrative and clerical tasks, the full-time Procurement Coordinator will process purchase orders, verify order accuracy, and communicate with internal stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and online orders for internal stakeholders
- Communicate order status and delivery dates to internal stakeholders
- Resolve shipping errors and reconcile invoices with finance
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Experience with data entry and vendor setup
