Job Summary
Supporting the EPC Contractor's procurement team, the long-term contract Procurement Coordinator will manage procurement processes, track budgets, and ensure compliance with project schedules while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the procurement team in awarding contracts and adhering to the project master schedule
- Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and maintain cost variance reports
- Monitor procurement-related actions and coordinate document reviews with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or procurement services for large projects, preferably in energy and power generation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in project planning, implementation, and budget control
- Working knowledge of project scheduling tools and EVMS requirements
- Experience with MS Office Suite and familiarity with Atlassian tools and Primavera P6 is a plus
