Job Summary

Supporting the EPC Contractor's procurement team, the long-term contract Procurement Coordinator will manage procurement processes, track budgets, and ensure compliance with project schedules while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the procurement team in awarding contracts and adhering to the project master schedule
  • Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and maintain cost variance reports
  • Monitor procurement-related actions and coordinate document reviews with stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or procurement services for large projects, preferably in energy and power generation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in project planning, implementation, and budget control
  • Working knowledge of project scheduling tools and EVMS requirements
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and familiarity with Atlassian tools and Primavera P6 is a plus
