Job Summary
Supporting a remote EPC Contractor's procurement team, the long-term contract Procurement Coordinator will manage procurement processes, track budgets, and assist with contract oversight to ensure timely project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Support the procurement team in awarding contracts and adhering to project schedules
- Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and maintain cost variance reports
- Coordinate procurement document reviews and monitor procurement-related actions across various teams
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or procurement services for large projects, preferably in energy and power generation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in project planning and budget control, including knowledge of EVMS tools
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and project management tools, with experience in Atlassian tools and Primavera P6 as a plus
