Job Summary
Supporting the EPC Contractor's procurement team, the long-term contract Procurement Coordinator will manage procurement budgets, track contractor schedules, and assist in supply chain development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to track procurement budgets and maintain project cost variance reports
- Monitor procurement-related actions across engineering, contracts, and legal groups to resolve issues and support timely contract awards
- Coordinate procurement and technical document reviews with stakeholders and track contract change requests
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, project delivery, or procurement services for large projects, preferably in energy and power generation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary and matrixed teams
- Proficiency in project planning, implementation, and results delivery, including project scheduling and budget control
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Atlassian tools and Primavera P6 is a plus
