Job Summary

Supporting the procurement team in a long-term contract role, the remote Procurement Coordinator will manage contractor awards, track procurement budgets, and assist in supply chain development for large energy projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the procurement team in awarding contracts and ensuring adherence to project schedules
  • Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and maintain cost variance reports
  • Monitor procurement actions across various departments to resolve issues and support timely contract awards
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, delivery, or procurement for large projects, preferably in energy and power generation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in project planning, implementation, and budget control
  • Experience with project scheduling tools and software, including MS Project and Primavera P6
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
