Job Summary
Supporting the procurement team remotely, the long-term contract Procurement Coordinator will manage procurement contractor awards, track budgets, and assist in resolving contract-related issues for large energy projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support the procurement team in awarding contracts and ensuring adherence to the project master schedule
- Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and maintain cost variance reports
- Coordinate document reviews and respond to contract change requests while monitoring procurement-related actions
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, project delivery, or procurement services for large projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience with multidisciplinary teams and project planning
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with project control tools
- Working knowledge of project scheduling and budget control methodologies
