Job Summary

Supporting the procurement team in a remote, long-term contract role, the Procurement Coordinator will manage procurement contractor awards, track budgets, and assist in supply chain development for large energy projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the procurement team in ensuring adherence to the project master schedule and managing contractor awards
  • Collaborate with project managers to track procurement budgets and maintain cost variance reports
  • Coordinate procurement and technical document reviews, and monitor procurement-related actions across various departments
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, project delivery, or procurement services for large projects, preferably in energy and power generation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary and matrixed teams
  • Proficiency in project planning, implementation, and results delivery, including knowledge of project scheduling and budget control
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Atlassian tools is a plus
