Job Summary
Supporting the procurement team on a long-term contract basis, the remote Procurement Coordinator will manage procurement contractor awards, track budgets, and assist in maintaining project schedules for large energy and power generation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support the procurement team in awarding contracts and ensuring adherence to project schedules
- Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and maintain cost variance reports
- Monitor procurement-related actions and coordinate document reviews with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, project delivery, or procurement services for large projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in project planning, implementation, and budget control
- Working knowledge of project scheduling tools and EVMS requirements
- Experience with MS Office Suite and familiarity with Atlassian tools or Primavera P6 is a plus
