Job Summary

Supporting the EPC Contractor's procurement team, the remote Procurement Coordinator will manage procurement processes, track budgets, and ensure timely contract awards in a long-term contract role.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers to track procurement budgets and maintain cost variance reports
  • Monitor procurement-related actions across engineering, contracts, and legal groups to resolve issues
  • Assist in supply chain development and coordinate document reviews with stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, project delivery, or procurement services for large projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary and matrixed teams
  • Proficiency in project planning, implementation, and results delivery
  • Working knowledge of project scheduling, budget control, and EVMS tools
