Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Procurement Coordinator will manage client and vendor relationships, ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed, and support Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement procedures and policies
  • Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders while monitoring performance and progress
  • File documentation and respond to inquiries or complaints from clients and colleagues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
  • Basic math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups
  • Ability to follow established work routines and standards
