Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Procurement Coordinator will manage client and vendor relationships, ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed, and support Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement procedures and policies
- Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders while monitoring performance and progress
- File documentation and respond to inquiries or complaints from clients and colleagues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
- Basic math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups
- Ability to follow established work routines and standards
