Procurement Coordinator

Job Summary

To support clinical engineering equipment needs, the part-time Procurement Coordinator will prioritize requests, create purchase orders, and ensure timely procurement of parts and services in a hybrid work environment based in the Indianapolis or Charlotte regions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and prioritize procurement requests based on urgency and critical need
• Create and submit purchase orders to suppliers following procurement policies
• Communicate with suppliers to gather tracking information and ensure timely delivery

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience in purchasing or supply chain
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule as needed
