Procurement Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a multi-location Veterinary network, the full-time Procurement Data Analyst will translate complex transactional and financial data into actionable insights, driving operational discipline and informed decision-making while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build, analyze, and maintain dashboards, reporting, and scorecards to measure department performance and compliance
• Utilize data to enhance department accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and operational performance
• Lead the development and reporting of key department performance and compliance metrics to various business audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 3-6 years of analytical experience in procurement, finance, or supply chain
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site environments preferred
• Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, Power Query, and Power BI
• Experience working with purchasing systems, ERP, and financial reporting tools
