Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Director to lead a strategic procurement function that supports growth and operational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the end-to-end procurement function, including strategy, policies, and processes
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations for critical vendors, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts
• Establish governance for vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance and performance accountability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, particularly in SaaS or technology environments
• Proven experience in negotiating complex software and services agreements
• Strong understanding of SaaS economics and cloud pricing models
• Experience building procurement processes in complex operational settings
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
