• Develop and communicate a Mid Market Procurement vision and strategy
• Manage key SaaS partner relationships and execute strategic sourcing plans
• Coach teams to identify high-impact procurement opportunities and improve customer journey satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Professional background in Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, Procurement, or Vendor Management
• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and ecosystem
• Proven experience in customer service with mid-sized customers
• Expert project management skills and ability to meet key objectives and timelines
• Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling presentations to senior stakeholders
