Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategy aligned with company goals
• Manage team of buyers and guide their professional development
• Lead end-to-end food and packaging purchasing processes, improving quality and reducing costs

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of food procurement experience, preferably in meal kits or prepared meal industry
• 4+ years of team management experience
• Familiarity with food packaging and procurement
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
