Procurement Excellence Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on building analytics and optimizing processes, the full-time remote Procurement Excellence Manager will lead the enhancement of Source-to-Pay processes, drive procurement performance tracking, and implement digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead optimization and continuous improvement of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
• Own procurement performance tracking, analytics, and value realization reporting
• Drive implementation and enhancement of procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer)

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Process Excellence, or Analytics
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with process improvement, transformation, or system implementations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
• Experience driving user adoption and training programs in procurement or supply chain environments
