- Provide high-level customer service to buyers, ensuring a seamless procurement experience
- Assist in resolving issues and preventing roadblocks in the purchasing process
- Support procurement operations within a CMT/startup culture environment
Required Qualifications
- Experience in procurement helpdesk roles
- Familiarity with customer service best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Availability to work the specified shift from 1:00 PM PST to 9:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday
- Entry-level position; relevant experience preferred
