  • Assist in resolving issues and preventing roadblocks in the purchasing process
  • Support procurement operations within a CMT/startup culture environment
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement helpdesk roles
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Availability to work the specified shift from 1:00 PM PST to 9:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday
  • Entry-level position; relevant experience preferred
