Procurement Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing Procurement organization, the full-time Procurement Lead will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, ensure inventory planning, and build relationships with suppliers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing processes, including creating and expediting purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
• Review inventory health and execute purchasing decisions based on forecasts and business priorities
• Mentor junior team members and develop procurement documentation and reporting

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory planning
• Experience purchasing production materials in a manufacturing environment
• Strong ERP experience, preferably with NetSuite
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
• Experience in building reports and analyzing inventory data
