Procurement Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement and Sourcing Leader for Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement sourcing processes and manage 150-500 sourcing events annually
• Build and maintain a comprehensive vendor library and evaluate vendor performance
• Serve as the primary liaison with client procurement teams and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
• 8-12 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in construction or corporate real estate
• Proven track record managing high-volume sourcing operations with process discipline
• Deep knowledge of construction trades, subcontracting practices, and vendor management
• Proficiency in procurement software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
