Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Manager (Pharma).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and negotiate vendor bids (RFI/RFP), contracts, budgets, and manage proposals
Foster cross-functional and external supplier relationships to drive clinical programs
Lead vendor selection process and coordinate bid defenses and proposal reviews

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree
Biotech/pharma clinical trial outsourcing experience, a plus but not required
Experience in the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and P2P system
Experience with clinical programs and GxP knowledge preferred
