Procurement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Manager to independently lead global procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global procurement initiatives, including market research and supplier identification
• Draft and manage PQQ/RFP documentation and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead supplier negotiations and facilitate internal evaluation and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of complex, end-to-end procurement experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong negotiation and supplier communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting)
• Organized and self-directed with strong project management skills
