Procurement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead a team in sourcing and managing service providers for outsourced services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop team members, conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruitment
• Coordinate team activities, establish work schedules, and develop procurement strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
• Draft and maintain contracts, manage supplier performance, and analyze spending for value creation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered
• Preferred certifications include C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations
