Procurement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee the end-to-end source to pay lifecycle and lead category strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage procurement policies, processes, and analytics while leading team members
• Own the annual procurement budget and produce executive budget review packs with variance analyses and scenario plans
• Lead complex RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or vendor management experience, specifically in IT/SaaS procurement
• Experience with managing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including risk and opportunity assessment
• Proven ability to run complex RFPs and lead competitive sourcing strategies
• Strong commercial contracting skills and understanding of Total Cost of Ownership and financial analysis
