Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Manager to build and oversee its procurement function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the procurement function, including policies, vendor governance, and operating processes
  • Oversee procurement requests from intake to signature, aligning stakeholders on requirements and timelines
  • Lead vendor negotiations and manage contract review and approvals in collaboration with relevant departments
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in a technology environment
  • Experience in building procurement processes and policies from the ground up
  • Strong background in negotiating SaaS, cloud, and professional services agreements
  • Ability to collaborate with Legal, Security, Finance, and IT stakeholders on vendor due diligence
  • Strong analytical and financial skills for evaluating total cost of ownership and identifying savings opportunities
