Job Summary

Managing a team of sourcing professionals, the full-time Procurement Manager will oversee the negotiation and management of service provider contracts, develop procurement strategies, and ensure effective team operations, working remotely or onsite in Dallas, Texas.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
  • Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to execute procurement strategies
  • Draft, review, and maintain contracts while managing supplier performance and certification processes
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education considered
  • C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred
  • Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Advanced math skills for financial calculations
