Job Summary

Managing a team of procurement professionals, the full-time Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services while developing and executing procurement strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
  • Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and manage contract drafting and negotiations
  • Analyze facility management services spend and vendor performance to identify value creation opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
  • C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred
  • Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Advanced math skills for financial calculations
