Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end planning of RFP actions, the fully remote Procurement Manager will manage timelines, develop SOWs, and conduct vendor research while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning of RFP actions, including timeline management and development of evaluation methodologies
• Conduct internal and external research to identify vendors and translate complex business requirements for stakeholders
• Facilitate proposal reviews and technical panels, performing cost and price analyses to ensure value and fit

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proposal management experience
• Experience leading RFPs with a minimum value of one million dollars
• Preferred experience in government or government contracting environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
